We blended this slightly citrus herb with pieces of Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves and Anise to make a sensational Chai, hot or iced. Snow Buds, white tea leaves known as Xue Ya in China, are harvested by hand approximately 1100 meters above sea level in Fujian province of Southeast China.
