Order Processing:

Each tea order is hand packed at time of order, ensuring the freshest, most flavorful tea available.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Teas are packaged in either a small silver window tin (3oz.) or large matte black tin (6 oz.). Due to variations in tea leaf size and density,  package weight may vary. Our tea canisters are made from recycled materials and are recyclable.

We support Earth friendly practices, used tea leaves make a rich addition to potting soil.

Shipping and Handling:

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate and arrive in 2-3 business days to most addresses (continental U.S.)

Super Saver: The more you order the more you save in shipping with Flat Rate shipping costs.

International orders are shipped at different rates and have longer arrival times due to customs.
