The high mountains of Chinas Zhejiang Province are shrouded with mist throughout the growing season, a cool, moist blanket that causes the tea to grow very slowly, developing rich, complex flavor along the way. Of the teas grown there, the Yun-wu, or Cloud-Mist teas are among the rarest. Their tiny leaves produce a light, clean cup with classic China green tea taste.
