Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling:

Currently we only ship within the US. At this time, the unfortunate combination of shipping and customs clearance for international orders would take too long for tea to arrive in time for optimal enjoyment as tea is perishable.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of your tea. Once it is in the hands of the shipper, it is out of our control. We can, however, help you track your package to ensure you do receive your tea. USPS claims Priority Mail packages will arrive 2-3 postal days after they are shipped. Unfortunately, they do not offer a guarantee.

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days for in stock items. Items that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they are available. All tea orders are custom blended and packaged to order.

Tea is blended and packaged by hand for each order. This is a custom, small batch process that takes time. If you have an urgent need for overnight shipping or desire a custom order, please contact us directly via phone. We cannot reship tea after it ships if the incorrect shipping address was entered at the time of order, so please order carefully.
